CapitaMall Trust: Big Cap REIT

CMT is one of my largest REIT counter. CMT is the first real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on SGX. It is also the largest retail REIT with a market capitalisation of $7.0 billion. 

CMT has 16 quality shopping malls:  Tampines Mall, Junction 8, Funan, IMM Building, Plaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, Sembawang Shopping Centre, JCube, Raffles City Singapore (40.0% interest), Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, 90 out of 91 strata lots in Bukit Panjang Plaza, The Atrium@Orchard, Clarke Quay, Bugis+, Westgate (30.0% interest) and Bedok Mall.

CMT last trade at $1.94. The yield is 5.73% and Price/NAV of 1.02. The evaluation is attractive and savvy investors are buying CMT.
