Big CAP REIT: Ascendas Reit

Ascendas Reit is an industrial Reit counter. It is a big cap Reit (6,537.805M).  BlackRock is one of the cornerstone shareholders.

The current yield is 6.26% and the counter pay out consistent annual dividends of $0.14-$0.15. The P/B is 1.072. The revenue has been growing Y.O.Y.  Recently, AREIT announced the plan to acquire 3 science park building for $420M.

The acquisition of the 3 buildings is expected to generate net property income yield of ~ 6.3% . The annualised pro forma impact on distribution per unit will be ~0.059 Singapore cent per unit for the year ended 31 Mar 2016.

I have been monitoring this Reit and finally got the opportunity to do a nimble to get some lots based on Technical Analysis and candle sticks analysis. This REIT counter is a strong fundamental company with a very strong management team. Will get some more lots if the counter present an opportunity.
